The Bureau has implemented the following measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of acquired information and to ensure appropriate management.

9. Disclosure, Correction, Suspension of Use, etc.

When a request is made by the individual concerned or their authorized representative for disclosure of retained personal data or records of third-party provision, the Bureau shall respond appropriately in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.
The Bureau shall also respond in accordance with applicable laws and regulations, after conducting necessary investigations, to requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties.
